Permissions
NUC-15480 - Fixed inconsistencies around permission access shared from user-/user group search fields (USF/UGSF) share permission and/or provide permissions feature from the detail page, and the visibility tab being enabled on an element. Now, being granted those object-based, respectively element-level permissions from the mentioned features will bypass the visibility restrictions for an individual user on an element. Prior, if a user was not included in the visibility access, s/he would not be granted view access for the specific element though shared from a USF/UGSF, or the provide permissions feature.
Radar
NUC-16709 - Fixed a minor design issue on the Radar labels.
NUC-16770 - Fixed an issue that mistakenly caused elements in review status (draft) being plotted on the radar visualization, though not having any rating values assigned, yet.

NUC-14663 - Fixed an inconsistency issue where the rating widget was mistakenly shown on elements in review (draft) and archived elements, and it was wrongly possible to import rating values to elements in draft/review, now throwing a validation message.
