Smart Creation

• NUC-15297 - Developed a new feature within Smart Actions to automatically populate descriptions, tags, and profile images for elements, utilizing AI to autofill relevant content based on the element’s title and abstract.*

• NUC-15305 - Introduced Autocreation of elements as part of the new Smart Action feature, harnessing the Autofill feature to streamline the creation process with AI. For instance, use Smart Creation in Ideation to automatically generate ideas for your innovation campaign.*

• NUC-14814 - Separated the timeline records from the existing element GET endpoint to improve query performance, now providing timeline records via dedicated endpoints.

App

Inspirator App

• NAPP-171 - Revamped the design and capabilities of the ITONICS Inspirator mobile application, now supporting multiple entity types simultaneously, allowing the configuration of more field types, and utilizing an updated, modern user interface. The updated Inspirator app allows users to easily bring information into the ITONICS platform on the go, and quickly browse information from their mobile phone.

Campaigns

(Always-on) Campaigns

• NUC-14961 - Implemented a new “Decline / Restore ideas” functionality for Always-on Campaigns, which allows permitted users to decline immature submissions within the ideation funnel and storing those in a dedicated “Declined” phase, ultimately preventing immature ideas from being “stuck” in a prior phase and clean up the campaign management. If relevant again, an already declined idea can be restored.

Core

Detail Page

• NUC-15091 - Extended the established option to configure information box content for group fields to be shown in the create and edit form to the view form, respectively detail page, which optionally allows providing the information box content as further guidance in the view form also.

Entity Configuration

• NUC-15562 - Implemented a configuration option to decide on field-level for a number field whether to apply the default formatting (i.e. indicating thousand-steps) in the view, allowing less frequent cases such as using a number field for year or telephone number information.

Notifications

• NUC-14129 - Improved the notification trigger around relations to inform more users about relevant content being added as a relation to an element that they are following.

Tables

• NUC-10175 - Improved the capabilities of normal/dynamic tables by allowing Element Search Fields as a new field type within a table structure, enabling users to easily connect relevant elements on an element-level table overview, e.g. linking to relevant projects using a technology.
• NUC-14885 - Improved the performance of the table import functionality.

UI/UX

• NUC-12882 - Improved the permission wordings within the global and entity-level Permission Configuration to increase understandability and increase consistency.

User Management

• NUC-14057 - Improved the permissions around user groups to allow for more flexible, distributed, and targeted user group management and introduced the User Group Manager functionality.

Workflow

• NUC-15060 - Extended the capabilities of the Value Change and Value Add workflow trigger types, now also covering user- / user group search fields besides list fields, as well as providing a new option to utilize a Value Change trigger to set the value of an existing field to blank. Hereby, both functionalities are tailored for more complex workflow use cases.

• NUC-14926 - Extended the scope of the Synced Roadmap Dates validation to elements being added to any roadmap the first time via the Visual Roadmap Editor (VRE), or Roadmap Import.
• NUC-14927 - Improved the management of roadmap connection types by adding an option to easily sync a newly created connection type to all existing and any future roadmap being created, facilitating streamlining of roadmap connection types across all roadmaps.

• NUC-15892 - Fixed an issue that led to some valid fields not being shown in the new Inspirator App Form Configuration, and ensured that individual fields of a group field in the system can actually be selected for the Inspirator app form.

• NUC-15858 - Fixed an issue that led to draft elements resulting from Smart Actions not being visible in the Explorer if visibility was enabled in the underlying entity type.
• NUC-15929 - Fixed an issue that led to the Autofill Description and Autofill Tags options of the Smart Actions not being available for the campaign submissions entity type.

API

• NUC-15474 - Fixed inconsistency issues within the structuring of the GET response for the timeline endpoints.
• NUC-15613 - Fixed an inconsistency issue where phase change information for campaign submissions was not correctly logged in the API timeline response.

Board

• NUC-15466 - Updated the validation message on the board shown in case of a prevented drag and drop action (i.e. if controlled from workflow) to be more understandable.

• NUC-15134 - Fixed an inconsistency issue in the campaign element-level timelines, where a switch from draft to published status was not recorded correctly.
• NUC-15341 - Fixed an issue where an evaluator of a previous phase wrongly was able to see data after the assigned phase.
• NUC-15385 - Fixed a minor design issue around rating sliders in the submission rating modal.
• NUC-15587 - Fixed other minor UI issues in the campaign submissions rating modal.
• NUC-15769 - Fixed an issue within the Campaign Management tab where the cancellation of a bulk drag and drop phase change action led to phase information mistakenly being overwritten.
• NUC-15798 - Updated the content of the validation message shown in case of a phase change action targeting a phase that has been disabled/deleted in the meantime to be more understandable.

• NUC-14616 - Fixed an issue that led to HTML tags mistakenly being shown in tags using special characters.

• NUC-13079 - Fixed an issue that led to 0 being displayed as a value for an inverse rating in the spider diagram in case that no value had been provided yet.

• NUC-13474 - Fixed an issue that led to the notification for roadmap scenario share not being sent out.
• NUC-14178 - Fixed a minor design issue in the roadmap export, wrongly displaying HTML tags.
• NUC-15925 - Fixed an issue that prevented roadmap scenarios from being able to be deleted.

• NUC-12813 - Fixed a minor design issue in the user invite modal that led to unnecessary whitespace.

• NUC-14681 - Fixed an issue where an SSO user was mistakenly prompted for username and password.
• NUC-14809 - Fixed an issue during user import where some information was not correctly updated for existing users.

• NUC-14705 - Fixed an issue during combination of comment and rating triggers.
• NUC-15657 - Added further information in the workflow enrichment information box to increase understandability.
• NUC-15732 - Fixed an issue where a notification for a user search field assignment via enrichment from the same workflow action button was not triggered.
• NUC-15883 - Fixed an issue that led to the follower account not being updated correctly when a user assignment is performed from a value change or value add workflow trigger.

• NUC-16167 - Fixed an issue that led to the Average aggregation type for the Table chart type not functioning correctly.

• NUC-12292 - Fixed an issue where the static Ext. Gateway fields were wrongfully listed in the regular create/edit form.
• NUC-15906 - Fixed an issue around the date field calculation, leading to a difference of 0 instead of N/A on missing value.
• NUC-16092 - Fixed an issue that led to segment fields placed in a group field mistakenly being prevented from placement in the element sidebar view.

Explorer

• NUC-16086 - Fixed an issue that led to wrong results shown when applying the Archived filter in the Explorer.

Export / Import

• NUC-15863 - Improved the export/import of reference data through the addition of a reference titles column to be able to import titles for references, and preventing the overwriting of existing reference titles with its system URL if reimporting the same exported file.

External Gateway

• NUC-12328 - Fixed minor inconsistency issues in the External Gateway Configuration page.
• NUC-14331 - Fixed an issue around the External Gateway URL.

• NUC-15979 - Fixed a minor design issue in the Inspirator App if an entity type title utilized special characters.

• NUC-9835 - Fixed an issue where clearing all filter selections in the Radar visualization did not lead to all elements being shown again.
• NUC-16083 - Fixed an issue in the radar segments if zooming in.

• NUC-9618 - Fixed an issue where an indication to update a roadmap scenario was wrongfully still shown after merging a scenario.
• NUC-15266 - Slight tooltip update for the roadmap connection type to indicate the possibility to connect to milestones more.
• NUC-12685 - Fixed an issue were milestone tooltips were not shown in the element sidebar.

Ratings

• NUC-15932 - Fixed an issue where a deleted aggregated rating group still appeared in the group field configuration.
• NUC-16091 - Fixed an issue that led to average rating values wrongly being displayed in the element sidebar view when applying a context filter.

Signals

• NUC-14047 - Fixed an issue where the wrong results count was shown in the Signals feed for a filter selection.

• NUC-15611 - Fixed an issue in the table structure fields were number field formatting was not correctly applied.
• NUC-15852 - Fixed an issue where updating a row label in a dynamic table did mistakenly create a duplicate row entry.

• NUC-16005 - Fixed a timeline record inconsistency for “None” ratings.

• NUC-15643 - Fixed an issue where images were not taken over correctly after format changes from Trendone in the API response.

• NUC-8261 - Minor UI improvement when deleting group fields, aligning with the overall system design for deleting fields.
• NUC-9878 - Fixed a minor UI issue visible if mentioning users in an RTE field.
• NUC-10441 - Fixed minor UI alignment issues in the workflow comment trigger popup modal.

• NUC-16176 - Fixed an issue that led to the campaign submission confirmation mail notification not being sent out correctly.

• NUC-16143 - Fixed an issue in the comment section that led to the wrong user information being shown when mentioning a user in a comment.

• NUC-15691 - Removed a misleading validation message shown on the detail page in case that no segment field option is assigned in the configuration.

• NUC-14722 - Fixed a minor inconsistency issue where the wrong creation date was displayed for a field in the field manager.
• NUC-15679 - Fixed an inconsistency issue around helptexts and tooltips between global field manager and entity type-specific field configuration.
• NUC-15841 - Fixed an issue in the global variable implementation which caused a time-out error on variable adjustment.
• NUC-15897 - Fixed a minor inconsistency issue around number field formatting, respectively rounding errors.
• NUC-16272 - Fixed an issue in which the Excel import mistakenly failed due to a user group search field value missing, though left empty.

Export/Import

• NUC-15765 - Fixed an issue in the user import where images for the profile and banner image of the user profile were not imported correctly.
• NUC-15898 - Fixed an inconsistency issue in the table import where no validation message was shown if the table import failed due to invalid date being imported.
• NUC-16205 - Fixed an issue that led to the header images of related elements listed in a PDF export being broken.

Filters

• NUC-14152 - Implemented a new filter Elements shared with which will only be available to users having the permission to view the user profile, to solve the issue that the “view all shared elements” redirect from the user profile did not result in any filter result.
• NUC-16001 - Fixed an issue in which mistakenly sub-segment options were not correctly displayed in segment filters.
• NUC-16004 - Fixed an issue where the Select all option was inconsistently applied in segment input fields in the create/edit form.

Network Graph

• NUC-13968 - Fixed an issue that led to a campaign element title not being shown in the Network Graph if navigating front he related to filter.

Parent Child

• NUC-15895 - Fixed an inconsistency issue resulting in a page not found error in case that the parent entity has been disabled.

Permissions

• NUC-15994 - Fixed an issue in which the user search field share permission functionality did not work as expected with the element shared from provide/request permissions feature already.
• NUC-15995 -  Fixed an issue where removing an already shared permission did result in an error.
• NUC-15927 - Fixed a logic issue in the share permission feature of user search- and user group search fields, where sharing “higher level” permissions did not automatically inherit “lower level” permissions.

Radar

• NUC-9828 - Fixed a minor UI inconsistency in which the tooltip of a third layer sub-segment was not visible on the radar visualization.
• NUC-13962 - Fixed a minor UI issue that led to the radar tabs mistakenly being visible in the radar configuration with low opacity.
• NUc-16175- Fixed an issue that led to the distance labels mistakenly not being displayed in the PDF export.

Roadmap

• NUC-16058 - Fixed an issue that led to milestone mistakenly being listed as an entity type in the Explorer navigation dropdown.

SSO/SCIM

• NUC-15498 - Fixed an issue that occurred in the SCIM sync due to a maximum character limitation. 

Timeline

• NUC-16390 - Fixed an issue in which a task deletion was mistakenly logged twice in an element level timeline.
• NUC-16385 - Fixed an inconsistency issue in the global timeline that led to the deletion action for elements created by External Submitter persona not being logged correctly.

Trendone

• NUC-15941 - Fixed an inconsistency issue when running the webhook URL to manually trigger, respectively test the cron resulted in a success message, though actually no new elements were created.

UI/UX

• NUC-15206 - Fixed a minor UI issue in the roadmap layer configuration.
• NUC-15882 - Fixed a minor alignment issue in the UI once more than three users were selected in a user search field in the create/edit form.
• NUC-15900 - Fixed a minor design issue in the matrix visualization in case of multiple matrix “tabs” being listed behind a meatball icon/menu.
• NUC-16043 - Fixed a UI inconsistency issue in the visibility tab that led to users being able to first save a campaign as a draft with visibility set to “others” and the option checked to “send out notifications to invited users”, and later publish the campaign without proper warning for potentially sending out notifications to a high number of users.

• NUC-15818 - Fixed an issue that mistakenly allowed saving blank values in multi-select fields in the user profile.
• NUC-16292 - Fixed an issue that wrongly occurred in user search fields and comment sections when trying to search for, respectively mention users, in case that the username and email address information did match.

Webclipper

• NUC-14870 - Fixed an issue that led to a wrong error response being shown in the Webclipper.

Workflow

• NUC-15999 - Fixed an issue where it was mistakenly possible for a user to select a sub-segment value without a corresponding parent segment value.
• NUC-15819 - Fixed an issue which occurred in case of combining the value add trigger type with other trigger types, such as enrichment, that led to an additional user values being assigned to a user search field though the maximum number property was already reached.
• NUC-15828 - Fixed an inconsistency issue that led to users being able to disable the hybrid user configuration option for a user search field, still used in a value change or add trigger.
• NUC-16030 - Fixed an issue that led to a user not being informed about removal from a user search field assignment on value change action to blank.
• NUC-16142 - Fixed a misunderstanding button copy in the workflow in the case of workflow trigger combinations that are not combined with a phase change trigger, though only applicable to the phase change case.
