To deep-dive into the details of the release, take a look at the release notes.
Smart Creation
We have introduced Smart Actions, a new AI-powered feature designed to streamline content creation. With Smart Actions, you can effortlessly Autofill descriptions, tags, and profile images based on an element’s title and abstract, ensuring relevant and compelling content. Additionally, the Autocreate functionality leverages this capability to generate entire elements, such as ideas in ideation campaigns, accelerating your creative workflows. This innovative feature helps you save time, maintain consistency, and enhance productivity across your innovation efforts.
Value change and Value add trigger improvements
We have improved the capabilities of the Value change and Value add trigger types, now allowing both (multi-select) user search fields and user group search fields as target fields. Furthermore, a new option for the Value change trigger to set existing values to blank has been introduced. Hereby, both improvements address enabling advanced workflow use cases, e.g. requiring to remove a user search field assignment after a particular workflow phase, or assigning users for the next workflow step.
Decline/restore functionality in Always-on Campaigns
We have introduced a new optional functionality for Always-on Campaigns to decline ideas that, e.g. did not meet particular rating criteria, or simply have not progressed further through the idea funnel. Declining such ideas allows to easily keep track of only the relevant ideas, while comfortably keeping a clear overview of declined ideas for a potential revisit in the future. If again relevant, e.g. due to newly enriched information, you can easily restore the ideas to funnel them back into the active campaign.
