• NUC-14363 - Improved the capabilities of the table chart type for custom dashboards by introducing new aggregation types, including average aggregation.

Entity Configuration

• NUC-13173 - Improved the calculated fields functionality by allowing to define default values for number fields that can also be used in calculations if no value is provided yet for a respective number field, to still enable calculations without all values of a formula being provided.
• NUC-13174 -  Improved the calculated fields functionality by introducing global variables that can be used within calculations to reduce manual effort.

• NUC-14067 -  Introduced a new functionality that allows users to utilize date fields in numeric calculations to dynamically determine the timeframe between two dates, i.e. calculating the remaining duration between a project's start and end date.

Gamification

• NUC-14365 - Improved the capabilities of the gamification feature, allowing users to utilize collected gamification points better while enabling permitted users to reward points to individual users, i.e. for sound idea submissions, overall driving engagement.

Notifications

• NUC-13770 - Improved the date picker functionality by introducing a new email template category Reminder that can be used to create and use custom mails for date picker reminders.

UI/UX

• NUC-14669 - Added and updated multiple tooltips, helptexts, and info box contents throughout various Entity Configuration pages to increase understandability and transparency.

Signals

• NUC-14532 - Introduced a new Signals Configuration in the Entity Configuration, which allows configuring the mapping of additional input fields besides the Title, Abstract, and Tag fields for the different Signals language pools, ultimately improving the Signals results.

Workflow

• NUC-13781 - Improved the workflow Enrichment trigger type by allowing to place fields in a read-only mode in the enrichment form to enable advanced workflow use cases, i.e. to provide additional field information for users to consider during enrichment.

• NUC-14060 - Improved the capability of the Convert Entity workflow trigger type to be able to handle hierarchy fields with larger number of layers.

• NUC-5404 - Improved the flexibility of the Synced Roadmap Dates feature by allowing to opt a specific roadmap record of an element out of the synchronization.

3.18.1 (Released on 7th of October 2024)

Board

• NUC-14063 - Fixed a minor design issue in the board visualization that led to the column headers in the full screen view unnecessarily being truncated.

Campaigns

• NUC-14328 - Fixed an issue that led to users mistakenly being able to drag and drop submission cards anywhere on the campaign board in the case of a pending loading action of further submissions.
• NUC-14948 - Fixed a design issue that led to content of long titles and abstracts exceeding the submission cards instead of being truncated correctly.
• NUC-15118 - Fixed an issue that led to the average values not being displayed on mouse hover of the rating sliders on the submission detail page.
• NUC-15123 - Fixed a minor design issue that led to overlapping labels within the rating widget in case of longer rating titles.
• NUC-15324 - Fixed an issue that led to the phase name being shown incorrectly in the validation message displayed when trying to disable a phase containing submissions from the campaign workflow configuration.

Core

• NUC-14099 - Fixed an inconsistency issue that led to edit actions of existing ratings and comments mistakenly being considered an edit action recorded in the “last change” field, which was not in line with the logic around initial rating values and comments not being considered an edit.
• NUC-14225 - Updated the default T&Cs to reflect the change of the ITONICS email domain.
• NUC-14367 - Fixed an issue that occurred when re-enabling a previously disabled entity type.
• NUC-14750 - Updated the maintenance page content to reflect the change of the ITONICS email domain.
• NUC-14840 - Introduced an update to the registration flow, now prompting the user not in the registration form for a password, but only once redirected to the system, to remove the unnecessary step of having to provide a password two times.
• NUC-15087 - Implemented a slight UI improvement for segment fields, making them searchable in the filter fields and forms.
• NUc-15375 - Fixed an issue that led to a number field storing the value of a date field calculation not being shown in the detail page, though used in the view configuration.

Crunchbase

• NUC-15021 - Introduced an updated logic to run update crons by fetching the element UUID besides the URL to  handle edge cases of duplicate URLs having led to wrong element updates through the Crunchbase cron.

Entity Configuration

• NUC-14957 - Fixed an issue that led to external gateway fields falsely being shown in the view configuration.

Filter

• NUC-13593 - Fixed an inconsistency issue around notifications triggered from global saved filters.
• NUC-14604 - Fixed a minor design issue that led to searchable dropdown filters not being shown completely in the Explorer filter section.
• NUC-14660 - Fixed an issue in the Explorer filter section that led to number field filters not showing correct results if the filter value is 0.
• NUC-14933 - Fixed an issue that led to the campaign manager filter, user search field filters, and term search field filters not showing correct values after updates of values on the respective elements.

Inspirator App

• NUC-15121 - Fixed an issue that led to reference URLs not being stored correctly in the app when adding them via the create or edit form in the app.

Portfolio

• NUC-13804 - Fixed an inconsistency issue that occurred when rating criteria configured in the parent child config were deleted, leading to an error thrown in the matrix visualization.
• NUC-14045 - Fixed an issue that occurred due to an unintended dependency to the parent child module.
• NUC-15280 - Fixed an issue that led to the mandatory field validation missing in the matrix configuration when trying to save the configuration w/o having provided a selection of all mandatory properties.

Radar

• NUC-15367 - Fixed an issue that led to the radar visualization potentially not loading correctly.

Workflow

• NUC-14163 - Fixed an issue within the field mapping of the convert entity workflow trigger type.
• NUC-14763 - Fixed an issue that led to fields that are not controlled from the field configuration / entity configuration of the respective entity type being displayed in the workflow enrichment form.
• NUc-15180 - Fixed an issue that led to positioning conflicts of workflow action buttons on the detail page.
• NUC-14981 - Fixed an issue that led to inconsistencies around fields selected in the enrichment button config not being shown in the workflow enrichment form config.
• NUC-15381 - Fixed a minor design issue in the selection table of the Enrichment workflow trigger.

• NUC-15453 - Fixed an issue that led to only the first value of a multi-select number field being shown in the API GET response.

Core

• NUC-15210 - Fixed an issue that led to incorrect search results for relevance search for Explorer and Global Search in case of partial search term matches.
• NUC-15437 - Fixed an issue around number fields that led to number fields being exported in a wrong format if exported from a system language other than English.

Parent Child

• NUC-15445 - Fixed an issue that led to child elements not being shown on the parent child board if a number field was enabled on the child entity type.

3.18.3 (Released on 7th of November 2024)

Core

• NUC-15475 - Fixed an issue in the element import that led to existing values mistakenly being updated / overwritten with blank if an invalid value was provided for the particular field in the import template. The behavior was changed to ignore the update of the entire element if an invalid value is provided for a specific element / row in the import template.

Roadmap

• NUC-15434 - Fixed an issue in the roadmap visualization that led to users not being able to place multiple elements next to each other within the same swimlane.

Workflow

• NUC-15448 - Fixed an issue in the workflow configuration that led to enrichment button configuration changes not being saved correctly.

• NUC-15383 - Fixed an issue that led to duplicate swimlane titles in the full screen mode of the Board visualization.

• NUC-14376 - Fixed an issue that led to wrong results on filtering for unrated elements in the campaign management and submissions tab.
• NUC-14393 - Fixed an issue that led to duplicate user tiles being displayed in the participants tab in a campaign element.

• NUC-12677 - Fixed an issue that occurred if an empty USF of a source element was converted with a convert trigger and mistakenly resulted in “Null” being added as a value in the destination element.
• NUC-13947 - Fixed an issue that led to the USF title not being shown correctly, as well as the “Apply now” button option if enabled for the USF.
• NUC-13985 - Fixed an issue resulting in the publish button for an element in review not reacting on click action.

• NUC-14239 - Implemented changes for the Crunchbase URL mapping to prevent issue of wrong URL matching between the system and the Crunchbase API.
• NUC-15323 - Fixed an issue that led to incorrect timeline records being created for field information mapped via Crunchbase.

Dashboard

• NUC-13946 - Fixed an issue in the top elements chart in the System Statistics Dashboard when filtering was applied.

Export/Import

• NUC-14530 - Fixed an issue in the xlsx (all data) export that led to missing milestone information on roadmap connections in the Milestone data in the export template.

Filter

• NUC-13977 - Fixed an issue that led to previously selected values mistakenly vanishing on editing a saved filter.
• NUC-15201 - Fixed an issue that led to USF filter values selected in a saved filter not being displayed correctly in the modal when editing a saved filter.
• NUC-15476 - Fixed an issue that led to the “Selected Users” visibility checkbox option not being displayed in saved filter modals.

Parent Child

• NUC-15445 - Fixed an issue that led to child elements missing on the parent child board.
• NUC-14831 - Changed the default sorting for the Parent Child board to be the date of modification to allow tracing back recent changes to Child elements more easily.

Radar

• NUC-13567 - Fixed an issue that led to segment field information not being handled correctly in active filters on the radar visualization.

Ratings

• NUC-13891 - Fixed an HTML issue within the decimal rating legend in element import and rating import templates.

Roadmap

• NUC-13332 - Fixed a permission issue in the global saved filters / quick filter functionality on the roadmap visualization.
• NUC-14175 - Fixed an issue that led to duplicate layer creation on roadmap import, esp. if an element did occur in the import template multiple times.
• NUC-15434 - Fixed an issue that prevented placing elements in the same swimlane of a layer in the roadmap visualization.

User Management

• NUC-15436 - Fixed an inconsistency issue where case-sensitivity was applied during the user CSV import / sync.

• NUC-15205 - Fixed an issue that led to a rating aggregation mistakenly being determined, though none of the underlying rating criteria had values provided via the import file.
• NUC-15542 - Fixed an error that occurred when exporting element data for Thai language.
• NUC-15555 - Fixed an inconsistency issue in the roadmap export where the application of filters was not considered during the roadmap export.

• NUC-11465 - Fixed an error on the matrix visualization.
• NUC-12547 - Fixed an issue that led to the “Show N/A by default” option not functioning correctly.
• NUC-12642 -  Fixed an issue around the Matrix dimensions (color, shape, size) not being plotted correctly when using the context filter.

• NUC-15539 - Fixed an issue that led to the Author assignment / removal notifications mistakenly not being listed in the user profile settings of a user.
• NUC-15591 - Fixed an issue around the interest notification that led to the notification not being triggered correctly on update of an existing / addition of a new tag matching a user’s interest.

• NUC-15606 - Fixed a design issue that led to the newsletter layout being distorted.

• NUC-15412 - Fixed an error within the parent child visibility inheritance.

• NUC-11886 - Fixed an issue around the element import, where importing an element without ratings resulted in inconsistent behavior.
• NUC-15443 - Fixed an inconsistency issue, mistakenly a rating update via a workflow trigger as a Last Edit action.

• NUC-11329 - Fixed an issue around the roadmap import, where importing the same roadmap file did lead to duplicate roadmap connections within the roadmap tab and roadmap visualization.
• NUC-12242 - Fixed a UI issue on the roadmap leading to unintended element bar overlapping.
• NUC-14113 - Fixed an error that occurred on connection line re-dragging on the roadmap visualization.

• NUC-14480 - Fixed an issue in the User Field Configuration where disabled fields still appeared in the user profile form.
• NUC-15494 - Fixed an error that could lead to the user profile redirect not functioning correctly.
• NUC-15608 - Removed the outdated “Experimental” label from EC pages.

Workflow

• NUC-11577 - Fixed an issue around the convert entity trigger where the last value of a segment mapping was not saved correctly.
• NUC-15469 - Fixed an inconsistency issue around the [element:ID] token, allowed in workflow URL triggers, missing for the independent button case.
• NUC-15361 - Fixed an issue where user group search fields (UGSF) were mistakenly listed, e.g. under the notification trigger recipients list as USFs.

3.18.7 (Released on 7th of January 2025)

API

• NUC-14790 - To prevent data inconsistencies, the Campaigns entity type has been restricted for POST and PUT requests via the API, while GET requests are unaffected.
• NUC-15336 - Changed the behavior to send a Null value in header image field if no header image exists, simply providing blank in the API response, ultimately improving response time.

Board

• NUC-15351 - Fixed an issue that led to an error being thrown in case of changing values in the dynamic legend after having selected a saved filter in the active filters section.

Campaigns

• NUC-14218 - Fixed an issue that led to a header title mismatch error during campaign submission import when importing in German language.
• NUC-14223 - Fixed an inconsistency by adding new and updating existing validation messages in the campaign Workflow Configuration.
• NUC-14347 - Fixed an issue that led to the Submit button for a draft campaign not being shown to permitted users.
• NUC-15682 - Fixed an issue that led to the option to take over the creator information of the submission element to the destination element not working correctly.
• NUC-15762 - Fixed a broken validation message potentially shown during bulk rate in the Campaign Management tab.

• NUC-14921 - Fixed an issue that led to the similarity check for existing element titles when typing a new title / string not working correctly. 
• NUC-15159 - Fixed a minor inconsistency issue in the reference section, leading to the download button not being shown in a particular case.
• NUC-15546 - Fixed an issue that led to the default value set for a date field not being taken over correctly for the create and edit form of a particular element.
• NUC-15601 - Fixed an issue that occurred on disabling a segment field, which mistakenly led to the removal of the previously assigned entity types.
• NUC-15607 - Fixed an issue that occurred if a segment field was used on multiple entity types from the general Field Manager, while the actual field label chosen on entity level was not correctly displayed in the element-level timeline, but always only the label set from the global Field Manager.
• NUC-15674 - Fixed performance issues in the element search field.
• NUC-15753 - Fixed an issue around calculated fields that occurred due to a machine name of a field used in the formula that matches parts of the machine name of another field.

Export/Import

• NUC-15561 - Fixed an inconsistency around the Excel export and import for numeric field data, which led to numeric fields being exported for elements for which no value was existent in the underlying system.

Filters

• NUC-14435 - Fixed an issue around the date range shown for date field filters.
• NUC-15295 - Fixed an issue that led to the wrong filter operator being applied in case of an aggregated rating filter selection.
• NUC-15696 - Applied a slight change to the closing behavior of filter modals, allowing to multi-select filter options without closing the modal right away after every single filter selection, ultimately improving UX of multi-value filter selection.
• NUC-15701 - Fixed a slight design issue around filters of fields with longer labels.
• NUC-15739 - Fixed an issue in which wrong elements were shown when filtering for the “Not on roadmap” option in the On Roadmap filter.

Gamification

• NUC-15271 - Fixed an issue that led to activity points not being correctly updated after a configuration update.
• NUC-15259 - Fixed the issue that the first badge collected by a user was not automatically activated on the user profile and profile on the Leaderboard for a user.
• NUC-15334 - Fixed an issue that caused a badge mistakenly being displayed multiple times.

Network Graph

• NUC-14489 - Fixed an issue that led to element labels mistakenly being shown on the Network Graph visualization, though disabled.

Notifications

• NUC-15652 - Fixed an issue that led to the interest notification not being triggered in case of interested being added to existing or newly created submission elements matching a user’s defined interests.
• NUC-15706 - Fixed an issue that led to the Calendar Reminder notification template wrongly listed twice for both the Reminder and Administration email template category.

Radar

• NUC-14272 - Fixed an issue that led to element labels in some cases mistakenly being shown on the Radar visualization, though disabled.
• NUC-14392 - Fixed an issue that occurred due to deletion of a first-level segment, causing a design issue on the Radar.
• NUC-14778 - Fixed an issue in the Radar visualization that caused some relation connections being shown without a corresponding element dot.
• NUC-15547 - Fixed an issue that occurred when deleting a value from the Manage Field Options page that was in use on a Radar, which led to plotting issues for the visualization.

Ratings

• NUC-14441 - Fixed an issue where a 0 value was mistakenly treated as empty in an inverse rating case in an aggregated rating group, leading to inconsistencies.
• NUC-15792 - Fixed an issue that resulted from switching the rating type from Context to Standard or vice versa while rating values exist.

Roadmap

• NUC-9529 - Made a slight adjustment to the color code of the section past today’s date on the roadmap visualization to allow for better visual distinction.
• NUC-12682 - Fixed a minor design issue in the roadmap tab that led to the Add to Roadmap button being shown in the wrong color.
• NUC-15181 - Fixed an issue that led to some elements applying to a filter selection not being shown on the roadmap visualization.
• NUC-15243 - Fixed an issue that led to the list field color options not being displayed correctly in the dynamic color configuration / legend on the roadmap visualization.
• NUC-15567 - Fixed an issue that led to no values being shown in the Start and End Year field selection in the create and edit form of a roadmap.
• NUC-15675 - Fixed an issue that led to the roadmap export not being sensitive to underlying active filter selections for a particular roadmap.
• NUC-15695 - Fixed an inconsistency issue around the critical path rule of type 1.

UI/UX

• NUC-11910 - Fixed a minor design issue around the Invite users modal.
• NUC-148356 - Fixed a minor spelling mistake in the registration page.
• NUC-15527c - Minor text update for the validation message shown on reordering list field options to increase understandability.

Webclipper

• NUC-14200 - Fixed an HTML issue that occurred in the Webclipper.

Workflow

• NUC-15380 - Fixed an issue that led to a current element being listed for selection in an ESF being set up for this particular element.
• NUC-15640 - Made a slight adjustment to the permissions granted to users included in the comment visibility of a comment workflow trigger, now only granting permission to add new and view own comments to, e.g. prevent comments being controlled from a workflow to provide validation for a decision from being edited or deleted again.
• NUC-15642 - Fixed an issue that led to the convert entity type from workflow and campaign submission action failing, if the source element had relations to elements of any entity type disabled in the meantime.
