Who can use this feature?
Only the Application Owner role can use this feature.
What is it?
The user overview page shows you all the application users and their usernames, first names, last names, roles, last logins, terms & conditions' acceptance, and status. It further provides options to adjust user profiles, invite users, and export a list of all users.
How does it work?
The user management page provides you with a list of all users that are currently stored in your system. Go to the settings wheel in the top right corner and the Settings Wheel > User Management > All Users. The user manage page offers you the following possibilities:
The search and filter capabilities help you to slice and dice your user database following the filter options and fields that you have configured in the User profile configuration.
The user overview can be sorted both ascending and descending via the Sort dropdown. By clicking the button you can sort by Username, First name, Last name, Roles, Last login, Cookies/Privacy/Terms & Conditions, and Status.
