Extended Task Management with centralized Task Overview & Reminders
We have significantly enhanced task handling to help you stay on top of deliverables across your workspace. A dedicated Tasks tab in the User Profile now aggregates all tasks assigned to you in one place, providing a clear, centralized overview of what needs your attention. In addition, new email reminders for task and milestone due dates ensure that owners and contributors are proactively notified before deadlines, reducing the risk of missed updates and stalled initiatives.
Enhanced Ratings Capabilities with (Ordinal) Weights & Advanced Configurations
We have upgraded our rating module to enable provision of weights for single rating options, now enabling ordinal rating criteria besides the default linear rating scale. Utilize ordinal ratings to reflect real-world impact in your evaluation models. On top of that, administrators can now enforce mandatory rating criteria alongside obligatory comments for ratings, ensuring that critical criteria are assessed and every evaluation is justified by qualitative context and rationale. These improvements help decision-makers to better rely on ratings that are both mathematically meaningful and well‑documented.
Improved Enterprise Governance with extended Logging and optimized SSO Configuration
We have extended our API and governance capabilities to better support enterprise compliance and IT operations. System Logs are now accessible via the REST API, allowing you to integrate ITONICS audit trails - such as role changes, permission updates, and login events - into your existing monitoring tools. At the same time, we have revamped SSO configuration, adding stricter validation, clearer error handling, and enhanced logging around SAML configuration, making it easier and safer for administrators to manage user authentication.
