Table feature improvements
We have enhanced the table functionality by enabling user search fields (USF) as a field type. This allows you to directly link responsible users—such as technology experts—within a table row, providing a more informative overview with direct links to user profiles. Furthermore, we have enriched the element search field (ESF) to include automatic element relation, which instantly links content elements upon creation, ensuring your data is always consistently connected throughout the system.
Task notifications
We have implemented additional task assignment notifications to better drive user engagement. Users will now be proactively and instantly informed of new task assignments and any updates to existing tasks, and removal of task assignments, ensuring assignees always have the latest information.
Recommended relations for element search fields
We improved the element search field (ESF) capabilities by introducing the already known Recommended Relations feature. This new capability uses matching tags to suggest the most relevant elements while you are filling out an ESF. The result is a more efficient workflow that ensures your content elements are consistently and reliably linked across the entire ITONICS system, also during the usage of ESFs.
