NUC-12419 Campaigns: Submissions mistakenly listed under recommended relations
Description: Currently, if tags on a campaign and any random submission in the system match, the submission is mistakenly listed under the recommended relations of a campaign. As you cannot add submissions as a relation, this is misleading and wrong.
Affected Module: Campaigns, Recommended Relations
Solution: The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!
Affected Version: 3.13.0 and 3.13.1.
Status: Fixed with the 3.10.16 minor release.

NUC-12453 User Configuration: Cannot set user field as mandatory
Description: There is an issue that leads to a user field in the user configuration not being set as mandatory, even though the option is selected.
Affected Module: User Configuration

Affected Version: 3.13.0 and 3.13.1.
Status: Fixed with the 3.13.2 minor release.

NUC-12501 Issue in Workflow when User Search Field configured
Description: There is an issue when adding a mandatory user search field and a custom notification to a workflow action button. Due to this issue, the custom notification step is skipped and the user cannot change the notification form.

Affected Version: 3.13.0, 3.13.1, 3.13.2., 3.13.3, 3.13.4, and 3.13.5.
Status: Unresolved. Issue will be fixed with the 3.13.7 minor release.

NUC-12422 Campaign Dashboard: Ping Open Evaluators button mistakenly disabled
Description: Currently, if a user with rating permission has rated a respective permission and evaluators are then added later, the Ping Open Evaluators button is mistakenly disabled.

NUC-12600 Inconsistency between deleting relation in import and the element detail page
Description: Currently, when a relation of an element is deleted in the import file and the file is then re-uploaded to the system, the number of relations are shown incorrectly within the relation tab on the element detail page.

NUC-11971 Missing warning message for mandatory fields in External Gateway
Description: Specific fields (first name, last name, email) in the configuration of the External Gateway are mandatory, however, they can mistakenly be moved out of the form.
