NUC-10412 Obsolete user roles shown in the user profiles

Description: Some users might see two additional user roles in their and other user profiles (when editing existing ones, and creating new ones). The user roles are “Authenticated User” and “Anonymous “User”.

Affected Module(s): User Profile

Solution: The issue has been investigated and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.0, 3.8.1 & 3.8.2

Status: Fixed with the 3.8.3 release.

NUC-10563 Delete functionality is not working properly on the Board.

Description: There is an issue when trying to delete Elements on the Board visualization.

Affected Module(s): Boards

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.2

Status: Fixed with the 3.8.3 release.

NUC-10562 Archive functionality is not working properly on the Board.

Description: There is an issue when trying to archive Elements on the Board visualization.

Affected Module(s): Boards

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.2

Status: Fixed with the 3.8.3 release.

NUC-10700 Colors on the Radar are not always shown

Description: There is an issue when using Dropdown list fields as the color indicator on the Radars. In some cases, the bubbles of the Elements are not colored accordingly.

Affected Module(s): Radar

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.0, 3.8.1, 3.8.2, 3.8.3, 3.8.4 & 3.8.5

Status: Fixed with the 3.8.3 release.

NUC-10507 Excel Import not working properly on Entities with activated External Gateway Module

Description: There is an issue when trying to import elements via Excel Import for Entities where the External Gateway Module is activated. The Import works as expected when the Module is deactivated.

Affected Module(s): External Gateway, Excel Import

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.0, 3.8.1, 3.8.2, 3.8.3, 3.8.4, 3.8.5, 3.8.6, and 3.8.7.

Status: Fixed with the 3.10.2 release.

NUC-10929 Brand logo in the header area is distorted

Description: There is an issue where the brand logo is distorted in the header area.

Affected Module(s): Brand Management, Core

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.4, 3.8.5, 3.8.6, and 3.8.7.

Status: Fixed with the 3.9.5 release.

NUC-12207 External Gateway: Reference file uploaded even though issue occurs during saving

Description: Even though an error occurs during the saving process of an element, reference files provided via the External Gateway are still stored in the database. When again creating an element of that entity type and uploading a reference file, the previously mistakenly uploaded files appear.

Affected Module:  External Gateway

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.0, 3.8.1, 3.8.2, 3.8.3, 3.8.4, 3.8.5, 3.8.6, & 3.8.7.

Status: Fixed with the 3.10.13 minor release.

NUC-12419 Campaigns: Submissions mistakenly listed under recommended relations

Description: Currently, if tags on a campaign and any random submission in the system match, the submission is mistakenly listed under the recommended relations of a campaign. As you cannot add submissions as a relation, this is misleading and wrong.

Affected Module:  Campaigns, Recommended Relations

Solution:  The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!

Affected Version: 3.8.0, 3.8.1, 3.8.2, 3.8.3, 3.8.4, 3.8.5, 3.8.6, & 3.8.7.

Status: Unresolved. Issue will be fixed with the 3.10.14 minor release.
