NUC-18655 UX/UI: Grid view lazy loading stops after 20 related items
Description: In the Relations grid view, lazy loading does not load more than 20 related items, even when additional related items exist.

Solution: The issue has been investigated, and our engineers are now working to solve it. A fix is on its way!
Affected Version: 3.24.0
Status: Unresolved. The issue will be fixed with the upcoming 3.24.1 minor release.
