NUC-17925 Parent Child: Notification for child creation not sent if parent visibility is inherited
Description: Currently, there is an issue within the parent-child module that falsely prevents notifications informing users about child element creation from being triggered correctly to the users having inherited child entity view access from the visibility of the parent entity.

NUC-18005 Workflow: Ratings in the lowest scale of a rating trigger are not saved
Description: Currently, there is an issue within the workflow module leading to users' ratings of the lowest option of a rating criteria scale not being saved properly in a workflow rating trigger. Note that this issue does not occur when rating from the regular rating widget.

NUC-18007 Roadmap import: Issue on roadmap import of milestone data, throwing an error message
Description: Currently, there is an issue within the roadmap import when trying to import milestone data. If static fields like milestone type are disabled in the system, the roadmap import throws a non-descriptive validation error indicating a failed import action. Short-term workaround: ensure all static milestone fields like milestone type, title and description are provided in the import template.
